1. Service Area
Grill2Go delivers within select locations across the United Arab Emirates, including:

Urban centers such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi (soon), Sharjah (soon)

Business parks, office complexes, and residential zones with smart vending stations

More areas will be added as we expand
2. Ordering Channels
You can place orders via:

Grill2Go Mobile App (iOS & Android)

Directly from selected smart vending machines.
3. Delivery & Pickup Options
a. Smart Vending Pickup (App/Web Orders)

Order via app or website and pick up from a nearby Grill2Go machine

Pickup window: usually within 20–45 minutes of placing the order

You’ll receive an in-app notification, SMS, and/or email with a QR code or PIN for locker access
-
Food is kept hot and ready — after the pickup window expires, the order may be discarded for safety
b. Express Local Delivery (App/Web Orders)

Delivered via our team or trusted courier partners

ETA: 20–45 minutes based on location and kitchen availability

Live status updates and estimated arrival time are available via the app
4. Delivery Schedule

Operating Hours: [10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday to Saturday]

Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed after 9:30 PM may be scheduled for the next day

Pre-orders and scheduled deliveries are available via the mobile app
5. Shipping & Delivery Fees

Directly from Smart Vending Machine: Free

Local Delivery: Free

Fees are displayed during checkout in the app or website using authorized delivery aggregators before final payment
6. Missed Pickups or Delivery Attempts

Missed Pickup: If food is not collected during the designated window, it may be discarded for safety reasons. No refunds are issued for expired orders.

Failed Delivery: If the delivery contact cannot be reached within 10 minutes, the order will be marked as undeliverable and no refund will be issued.
7. Notifications & Tracking (Delivery Aggregators App)

You’ll receive real-time updates via push notifications, SMS, or email

For delivery orders, the app may show the courier’s location (if supported)
8. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is prepared, it cannot be canceled

Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors or service failure (subject to review)

To request a refund, please contact support within 2 hours of your order
