1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Grill2Go website or mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Free Zone Business Status

Grill2Go is a UAE-based company registered under the Meydan Free Zone, operating in accordance with its applicable regulations and the UAE Federal Commercial and Data Protection Laws.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under UAE law to place orders via our platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Our Services

We offer:

Grilled meals via smart vending machines
Pre-order and pickup options via mobile app and website
Express delivery in selected UAE areas

Services may not be available in all regions and are subject to availability.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in advance through accepted online payment methods.
Prices include VAT and are shown in AED.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled unless due to technical error or Grill2Go’s inability to fulfill the order.

6. Delivery & Pickup

a. Smart Vending

Dispensed directly from Smart Vending Machine
Unclaimed food may be discarded for safety. No refund will be issued.

b. Express Delivery (if applicable)

Deliveries are made to eligible areas within the UAE.
Estimated time: 20–45 minutes
Orders are considered complete upon successful delivery attempt. No refund for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

Technical payment errors
Order not delivered due to service failure
Product is incorrect or unsafe (subject to review)

Refunds must be requested within 2 hours of order delivery or pickup via [www.grill2go.online].

8. User Accounts

Account registration may be required to access certain services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Grill2Go is not responsible for unauthorized account use.

9. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Tamper with vending equipment or attempt to bypass system controls
Disrupt system operations or introduce malicious code
Violate any Free Zone or UAE federal laws

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grill2Go platform, including but not limited to branding, logos, images, videos, text, and recipes, is owned or licensed by Grill2Go and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Grill2Go is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Service interruptions or machine malfunctions beyond our control
Customer negligence, such as missed pickup or incorrect delivery address

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with:

UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL)
Applicable Free Zone data protection frameworks (e.g., DMCC, DSO, or ADGM rules)
Our published Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific Free Zone authority under which Grill2Go is licensed (e.g., DMCC, DSO, RAKEZ, Meydan). Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Free Zone dispute resolution authority or the Dubai Courts, if required by escalation.

14. Modifications

Grill2Go reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website or app constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
